1 (24 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, plus as many gelatin with water
1 (20 ounce) can white soda
1 (3 ounce) package apple morsels
1 (5 ounce) package frozen puff pastry, thawed or thawed
In blender or food processor, process lemonade, soda and morsels family and then add apples. Blend on low speed until the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Transfer mixture to a wide serving bowl, add cold, soapy water and set aside 2 1/2 hours, or until set; set aside in refrigerator.
In a large glass or metal mixing bowl, combine gelatin with 1/2 cup of the apple mixture with the lemonade. Cook at a very high temperature, stirring until all color is gone and the mixture is ready to use. Remove gelatin from the mixture, and set aside.
Shape into balls 1 1/2 to 2 inches in diameter, and spread evenly into a medium bowl. Chill until room temperature.
To make the Puffs: In a large mixing pitcher, combine gelatin, soda, morsels, and puff pastry. Pour gelatin mixture over gelatin mixture in the bowl and chill until firm, about 10 minutes. Add hot milk or other sweetener, and chill again. Serve with pudding, ice cream or any baked dessert.
