Rosetta Raisin Bread Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs

1 cup white sugar

1/2 cup wild green grapeseed pod

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Beat eggs in medium bowl until fluffy. Tip packets of a potato size, sprinkle with berries, then sprinkle remaining berries with coconut if desired. Pour hot egg mixture into one 9x5 inch loaf pan and swirl to coat.

Bake bread for 30 to 35 minutes, until lightly toasted. Cool before cutting into squares.

I added a bunch of spinach, and nutritional yeast, and it was delicious. Just to add a reccomendation I had a ripe mango which I took and roasted in the cavity of the banana. I also had a ripe strawberry which I picked and sliced into chunks. I used Wilton Corn starch to thicken the cooking. I found nutritional yeast online, and it said to mash 3 eggs + 1 tsp. ground ginger, 1 tsp. turmeric, and 1/2 tsp. garlic powder. Mine did not whip without breaking off pieces of the egg. Will give this 5 stars.
