1 medium head cabbage, chopped
2 onions, diced
1 medium head cabbage, chopped
2 1/2 pounds chicken carcass
8 ounces fresh mushrooms
12 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup butter
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons distilled white vinegar
2 teaspoons dried oregano
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
Combine cabbage and onions in large pot. Add chicken carcass, mushrooms, cabbage, mushrooms, Cheddar cheese, butter, flour, vinegar, oregano, honey and parsley. Simmer over medium-low heat for 30 minutes.
