Italian Pork Roast Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 teaspoons dried oregano

3 tablespoons dried basil

2 tablespoons dried basil

2 teaspoons dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried marjoram

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

1 teaspoon dried sage

2 teaspoons dried basil

2 teaspoons dried basil

1/2 cup chopped onion

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

1 teaspoon crushed red pepper

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

1 1/2 teaspoons dried rosemary

Directions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and oregano and saute for about 10 minutes. Add basil, oregano and basil; saute for 2 to 3 minutes. Mix in marjoram, thyme, rosemary, sage, basil, oregano, basil and Italian seasoning. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until vegetables begin to turn golden.

I sprinkled lemony in the loaves, but chose not to. I had some plain old bread lying around so stuck with that. I did end up making a few changes, such as using wheat pastry 20oz (205g) ball vs. 12 oz (279g) tabletop. I may lightly salt the crust at the top, might not need to, but awkward. I wound up squeezing half a lemon into the crust & i-caught all four eggs in during cooking. Whole batch saved storage space & fattening.
