Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and oregano and saute for about 10 minutes. Add basil, oregano and basil; saute for 2 to 3 minutes. Mix in marjoram, thyme, rosemary, sage, basil, oregano, basil and Italian seasoning. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until vegetables begin to turn golden.
