2 (8 ounce) prepared French fry cookbooks
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, stir together the cream cheese and eggs. Place 1/3 of the cream cheese mixture in the bottom of a 10-inch skillet.
Cook over medium high heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in the milk. Spoon the custard mixture into the skillet and cook until the custard is set.
