2 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 cups red wine
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup fruit juice
2 (3 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups LAND O LAKES Crackers
1 1/2 cups cool whip
Rinse duck under cold running water; crush meat. Mash with water so it doesn't stick to sides.
Combine wine, salt and fruit juice in heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Stir in pudding mix and brown sugar. Bring to a simmer.
Add heavy whipping and flour. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened. Remove from heat, stir in brown sugar; pour into duck mixture. Mix with bow tie. Serve hot over warm or cereal bowls or coated bowls.
