1 (3 ounce) package vanilla flavored Jell-O mix
6 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
3 cups boiling orange juice concentrate
three packets yellow creamer, divided
4 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons orange juice concentrate
6 drops orange zest
In a blender combine juice concentrate, orange zest and vanilla flavored gelatin. Mix briefly to completely dissolve. Cookies are best spread in bottom of glass measuring jug or plastic container.
Fill with one teaspoon of the gelatin mix. Drop remaining orange mixture on top. Chill or freeze any further use of Jell-O mixture.
