3 cups cake flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup butter
1 (9 inch) prepared cone shape cookie
1 (8 ounce) package strawberry flavoring
4 bananas, sliced
1 small strawberry, sliced
1 cup fruit preserves
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
Make the filling: In a large bowl, cream together flour, baking powder and cinnamon until light and fluffy. Beat in butter. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons flour mixture to cream, blending until well blended. Stir fruit preserves into chocolate mixture. Drop by tablespoons onto cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, letting cool for 5 minutes. While pie is still warm, pour cream-style into pie shell. Cool completely and cut into 1/2-inch squares.
