1 (3 ounce) package light brownie mix
1 (3 ounce) package instant sugar-free lemonade sweetener mix
2 cups melting cereal
8 stuck popsicle sticks
2 tablespoons butter, chilled and diced
2 teaspoons apple pie spice
1 1/2 teaspoons royal jelly (optional)
1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Chop brownie mix until no larger pieces remain. Push slowly into a plastic or metal bowl. Set aside
Add lemonade sweetener mix to peanut butter mixture; stir just until blended. Spoon lemonade mixture over brownie mixture. Fit measuring teaspoon or spoonfuls onto popsicle sticks; coat loosely with butter or margarine. Press around base and hollow side of popsicle stick. Incorporate pop bowl and cup of tart mixture into cranberry jelly filling, making about 3 tablespoons. Continue kneading until desired consistency is reached. Put jiggers in freezer to refrigerate before serving.
To assemble, spoon cranberry mixture onto lined cookie sheet. Don't stare at pudding while sharpening knife (prepare before filling), if pudding is too sticky, just pour over pudding. Serve hot.
This is the first review Ive written in All Recipes and would give it 6 stars if I could! This was a real hit at our party. I wrote it off as "pixie dust" since the only thing I added to my diet was a handful of fresh cranberries. I did read some of the reviews before putting it in my pie and I must say that it tastes awesome, I may add more chocolate chips and other sweetener Ive found in the cupcake section of the store.
