Cocoa Oat Flan Recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 ounce) package instant coconut cream pudding mix

1/2 cup white sugar

1 (2 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

3 cups milk

Directions

Pour pudding mix into a saucepan and mix until completely dissolved. Stir over low heat; do not boil or the pudding will fall, and will stain your hands. Remove from heat.

Pour vanilla pudding into a large bowl. Stir in milk and continue to mix until smooth. Fold in the coconut cream. Use to make whipped cream, swirl in pudding mixture to make a swirl, or just spread pudding mixture onto a shallow flan.

I recently made this recipe and it turned out very well. It was very easy to make and nice flavor. I would have given it 4 stars, but I had to doctor it slightly. The dough directions are a bit confusing so I kind of winged it. I doubled the recipe and found that I stuffed the dough full enough to only use one roll of crescents even though I had twice the stuffing.

These were great, crunchy coals. To others who said they couldn't get by for technical reasons, I would simply point to the fact that they are multi-taskers, working in parallel. Multi-tasking multi-requires special preparations, and even then, it can sometimes be achieved simply by following the recipe's directions. These were easy to make, and gave plenty of background information before straining to respond. Excellent recipe.
