1 cup butter
2 1/2 cups white sugar
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 dash orange zest
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 10x15 inch jelly roll pan.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth, then stir in the egg and lemon juice. Combine the lemon juice, orange zest and cinnamon; add to the creamed mixture.
Roll the dough into a circle of 12 inch diameter. Place in the prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until a tester inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool completely before removing from pan.
