1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon butter
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
8 slices cooked chicken breast meat
Heat oil in a heavy skillet over medium heat. Add butter and garlic powder; saute until butter is melted and butter is slightly browned. Stir in salt and pepper. Pour over turkey. Reduce heat to low; cover turkey and stir. Reduce heat to medium. Cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes. Remove turkey from skillet and reduce heat to low.
Remove turkey from skillet, and place in a separate large bowl. Mix together melted butter, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Dip chicken breasts into butter mixture, and place in plastic bag. Secure with toothpicks. Arrange plastic wrap inside breast of turkey. Place breast in skillet, and transfer to skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Transfer turkey to large serving bowls. Serve hot or warm.
