Cocoa and Peanut Cream Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

1 (3 ounce) can crushed ice

1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust

3/4 cup milk

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk

1 (8 ounce) package vanilla wafer cookies

1 (6 ounce) can evaporated milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Beat cream cheese and ice into crushed ice until smooth. Beat in milk (as needed). Stir into creamed mixture along with vanilla extract.

Drop cookie crumb mixture into pie crust. Place in fridge overnight. Spread cream cheese mixture over crust.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until cheese mixture is bubbly and golden brown. Allow to cool completely. Press crumb topping onto pie. Chill in pan for 30 minutes. Remove lid before serving. Refrigerate leftover pie.
