1 (5 ounce) package dry non-dairy yogurt mix
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 lemon
1/4 cup white wine
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt mixes, cream cheese, lemon juice, wine and sugar. Beat until blended. Lift off from mixer and fold 1/2 of the dough into the mixture. In a saucepan, heat 1 cup of milk, layer 1/3 of the mixture over milk. Cook, stirring frequently, until mixture thickens enough to coat the back of a metal spoon. Remove from heat. Fold dough into milk mixture, then into gelatin mixture. Cool for 1 hour before serving. Garnish with 1/2 lemon and 1/2 vanilla.
