2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon beef bouillon granules
1/8 teaspoon paprika
6 green onions
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 cups fresh salsa
In a large jar or glass jar, combine oil, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, chili powder, garlic, lemon juice, crushed red pepper flakes, bouillon, paprika and green onions. Place jar in a fast-cooker or in the refrigerator. Cover the jar and let stand in a warm place to allow flavors to blend.
Fry salsa in skillet or in a large skillet. Remove from pan and drain any excess oil. Sprinkle with cream cheese and cheese mixture. Serve on the side with salsa or taco or tortilla chips.
