1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup boiling water
1 cup butter
1 cup milk
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 (2 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
3 tablespoons evaporated milk
Beat cream cheese, white sugar, boiling water, butter, milk, chocolate syrup, vanilla and pudding mix until blended.
Press mixture into a 9 inch square pan.
