2 cups milk
1 cup butter
2 eggs
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 cup chopped fresh spinach
In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine milk, butter, eggs, vanilla and flour. Mix well. Pour mixture into a 9-inch-square greased and heavy duty round baking dish. Top with spinach and spread with fold-over crust. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Chill in refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving.
