1 (12 ounce) package nonfat dry ice cream sandwich mix
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (20 ounce) can cherry pie filling
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup white sugar
1 (20 ounce) can frozen cherry pie filling
Layer dry ice cream in a medium bowl; spread whipped topping over frozen cream, and create a well in the center. In a small bowl, beat eggs until soft peaks form. Gradually stir in 1 cup sugar, covering the mixture perfectly. Spread the mixture evenly over the ice cream, and frost top of cake if desired.
