1 pound ground spicy pork sausage
8 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
2 tablespoons butter
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup chopped tomato
Place sausage in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain grease. Brown all sides.
Place peppers in a medium bowl and add butter, browning slightly on each side. Stir well. Sprinkle with salt and pepper flakes.
Add beef, onion and celery. Mix well. Stir in onion, celery and lettuce. Season with tomato.
Add jalapeno peppers and spread over the meat, vegetables and meat mixture.
