4 teaspoons cornstarch
4 teaspoons white sugar
2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
2 teaspoons cider vinegar
2 teaspoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
In a food processor, combine cornstarch, sugar, vinegar, and vinegar. Stir in lime juice, hot pepper sauce, and red food colouring. Process until well blended. Store in an airtight container.
