2 egg whites
1 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 (12 ounce) packages cream cheese frosting
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg whites and butter until foamy. Stir in sugar, pineapple, cream cheese frosting and pineapple juice. Pour into a 2 quart crock pot. Cover, and cook on medium heat for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
This was *awesome* It was sooo quick and easy. It looked soal good and tasted so good. It was so easy. I didn't have any nutritional yeast so I used 2 capsules a grain of rice. I may lessen the sugar a little bit next time but otherwise a hit the spot! :)
