1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 pound Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 medium onion, grated
1 large tomato, diced
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
In a large bowl, mix olive oil, bread crumbs, onion, tomato, Parmesan cheese, and cheese. Shape mixture into 4 rolls. Dust with remaining cheese. Store in refrigerator.
