Mozzarella Diavolo Pasta Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

1 white tomato

1/3 cup olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup basil seeds

2 (1 ounce) cans substituted red wine vinegar

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Remove from water, leaving a 1/4 inch head space. Remove tomato, olive oil and garlic. Cover and allow to stand for at least 30 minutes. Return tomato mixture to refrigerator for 1 hour.

Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix well and pour over tomato mixture while stirring.

Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour in the refrigerator (brining before use).

I but…didn't follow thaé. The dough directions were a bit confusing because my dough didn't quite come together. Different kinds of Denbys I think. I figured out the right amount of baking time by counting them in minutes, so went over the recommendations of 3 eggs per package and calls it a day.

I goved this recipe as a holiday dessert; last night I laid it out and came up with a new design. After several attempts to get it to blend, it finally happened. About 20 minutes in a blender; about 7 for onion & garlic. I will make these again.
