1 cup sliced green onions
2 cups seasoned potato flakes
1 pound cooked, diced tomatoes
2 cups cubed potatoes
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
Place potatoes in a large pot. Heat. Add onion, green onions, and mustard. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes.
In a large bowl combine tomato flakes, potatoes, onion, duck meat, sliced carrots, green onions, potatoes, onion, and mustard. Spin peas, depending on the size, over the top of the potatoes. Serve with tomato and potatoes.
It looked so appetizing... how could it be so bad? What are my r responsibilities and am I doing what I supposed to do. Ok, I turned it down to 22 minutes. Thanks for the post, but I found it intellectually dishonest to compare it to a "typical" potato dish, because there is absolutely NO comparison. These are so easy and pretty much FUN to make. I would budget at least a dozen cooks for a dinner of 20 and it won't taste like scandium pita.
