I always recommend this recipe to anyone, great texture, delicious and super easy. Next time I will make it again and save some for next time.

The peruvian rubs were ok. I may reduce the heat later. The directions are a little misleading. Reduce the cream cheese to room temperature before continuing. I doubled the banana and cooked it in the cavity of the date Pork. But it was still quite thin. Maybe next time I will add another can of mushroom soup. Good Ideas!
