2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound skinless, boneless turkey breast halves
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Scrub turkey with paper towels.
Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise. Place turkey in pan. Cook over medium heat for about 1 to 2 minutes; turn, and cook 2 minutes more.
Mix cream cheese mixture with remaining ingredients. Pour mixture over turkey. Cover, and simmer over medium heat for about 6 hours. (Note: If you're leaving turkey, you may want to leave the brown skin on, or to cover it.)
Stir turkey into sauce while still in pan. Cover, and simmer for 10 minutes. This will marinate the turkey as well as the cream cheese.
As I am trying to avoid processed sugar I used 2 tablespoons of raw honey instead. I also substituted Hershey's Dark Cocoa powder instead of vanilla....AMAZING!!!! The perfect chocolate whipped topping for cakes, brownies, and berries!!!!
