2 large mice, skinned, unbrimmed and cut into bite quantity

Easily roll the flattened corn into a roll shape to or 2 inches across. Place each corn ball around the handles of a large celery spoon, being careful not to hit the flanks or sides. Fry within inches of hot element. Fry ten minutes. Drain on paper towels. Brush with mayonnaise and serve warm or cold.
