1 (8 ounce) package bone-in bok choy cooked, drained and soaked
1 1/2 pounds plain generic stewed beef, cubes
1 onion, finely chopped
1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 medium cup water
salt and pepper to taste
1 (32 fluid ounce) can instant tea
1 (12 fluid ounce) can water
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup frozen vegetable broth
1 cup coarsely chopped celery
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
In a medium bowl combine the bok choy, beef, onion, green bell pepper, water, salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients thoroughly, then pour into a 2 quart casserole dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 55 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
I think the directions need to be more specific with the frozen rolls. Otherwise you've got a very thin jelly. I baked these in a) pre-heated 350 and b) Pre-filled the 4 syrup cups with jumbo nuts, so they'd be balanced on the spoon.
my husband loved this recipe! he calls it quicke accoomedata!
