8 cups milk
1 cup heavy whipping cream
16 1/2 ounces salted sugar
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 lemon, juiced
2 tablespoons water
Combine milk, cream, sugar and vinegar in food processor or blender container. Place cream and milk in well, and process until very smooth. Whisk in lemon juice and lemon juiced; Pour into prepared pudding dish. Cover; and refrigerate overnight.
Rolls off sticky dough and golden in centers, 12 to 24 hours. Store, covered, at room temperature.
