1 (4 ounce) can tomato paste
1/4 cup chopped peeled garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup llamata olives
4 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
2 tomatoes, diced
1 cup veal stock
salt and pepper to taste
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, chopped
1 (8 ounce) container Swiss cheese starts
2 tablespoons freshly chopped black trimmings
1/4 cup butter
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, mix tomato paste, garlic, olive oil, oil, and olives. Saute until lightly heated. Stir in basil and tomato, and then add salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, about 35 minutes.
