1 pound lean ground beef
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 (4 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
1 (5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1/4 cup white wine
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Place ground beef in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, fresh spinach, tomatoes, tomatoes, tomatoes, red tomatoes, and sweet potato. Combine soup and water, and pour into skillet. Simmer, uncovered, until potatoes and meat are tender.
