1 (3 ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup butter, softened
1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1 cup heavy cream
1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust
1/4 cup white sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish with a damp paper towel to absorb the excess moisture caused by the chocolate chips. Sift the milk and cream together in a large bowl, and set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, cream together the butter and nonfat dry milk until smooth. Mix in the cream until slightly stiff peaks form. Fold in the egg yolks one at a time, then the vanilla extract. Pour into the prepared crust, spreading the sauce over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool before serving.
