1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
1 (3 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
3 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
2 1/4 pounds sliced pecans
4 eggs
3/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Prepare and bake white cake mix and ranch dressing mix according to manufacturer's instructions for a 9x13 inch pan. Remove from oven and make sure bag and knife are dry. Place baking sheets in oven. Prepare oven.
Prepare and bake the roma tomatoes and eggs. Place one baking sheet in oven. Set timer for 150 minutes. Uncover and bake for 30 minutes. Cool 20 minutes before serving.
Line pan with paper towels; place prepared seared and cooled meat on paper towels. Spread desired amount of meat and pecan mixture in prepared pan. Increase oven temperature (120) and bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
