1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
3 tablespoons water
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
In an electric blender, combine chocolate chips, white sugar and eggs. Puree until smooth. Transfer to a pastry bag and pipe pureed mixture onto bottom of pie plate.
In a medium bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons water and 1/4 teaspoon salt until smooth. Pour into pie shell and chill 5 hours before serving.
