1/3 cup tomato juice
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
In a small saucepan, mix tomato juice, vinegar, lemon juice, sunflower seeds, salt, rosemary, sage, thyme, parsley, thyme, basil and garlic. Bring to a boil; stir in wine. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover, and simmer for 15 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the size of the pork.
