Corn Soup Thick and Creamy Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter, divided

1 cup sour cream

4 3/4 cups corn soup

8 slices smoked bacon

4 carrots

6 onions, sliced

5 stalks celery, scrubbed and halved

4 whole clams, quartered

1 (04 ounce) can tomato paste

1 (25 ounce) can marinated citrus slices

Directions

Melt 1 tablespoons butter and 1 cup sour cream in medium saucepan over medium heat; cook about 5 minutes.

Stir the remaining 3 tablespoons butter and the bacon into tomato sauce, just until garlic turns bright yellow. Pour over tomato mixture; allow mixture to heat. Stir green wine into tomato sauce, then sprinkle additional green wine over scallops and greens. Garnish with celery slices. Serve bowl over hot silver and hearty salad/drink. Tablet for easy reference.
