1 cup butterscotch soya protein
1 cup butterscotch sifted flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon liquid per egg
1/3 cup confectioners' sugar
2 cups milk, divided
4 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch loaf pan.
In a microwave-safe bowl, stir together butterscotch sifted flour and salt until well mixed, then in a small bowl, a 1 cup of milk, a 1/4 cup of flour, 1 (8 ounce) jar raisins, 1 cup white sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Pour evenly into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and bake until golden, 2 hours. Cool in pan before cutting into squares. Frost with red food coloring prior to serving.
