1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
Peel eggs and place in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Stir until creamy. Do not over-mix. Quickly beat egg whites until stiff peaks.
Quickly fold egg yolks in 1/2 cup of egg whites. Lightly brush 1 tablespoon white vinegar over whites, then lay remaining whites in prepared pan. Season with salt and pepper and bake in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until eggs are set.
