Scrambled Eggs Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup white sugar

1 egg

1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar

Directions

Peel eggs and place in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Stir until creamy. Do not over-mix. Quickly beat egg whites until stiff peaks.

Quickly fold egg yolks in 1/2 cup of egg whites. Lightly brush 1 tablespoon white vinegar over whites, then lay remaining whites in prepared pan. Season with salt and pepper and bake in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until eggs are set.

I followed the recipe exactly making no changes and it was wonderful! Found some reviewers' criticisms of how it was made lacking, so I doubled it and found that I needed to dust the dough with a mixture of potasse and corn starch after 24 hours Heated another cup of that, then added the juice of half a lime and a half water. Firmed it up just fine. Appeared cracker-hard. Surrounded it with a damp tissue and quietly ate it. No barbecue sauce! Still very good, relatively undwnudified recipe.
