1 (18 ounce) package raspberry jam mix
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (10 ounce) package banana bread cubes
4 egg whites
1/3 cup white sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
8 ounces confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup whipped cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350F (175F). Line baking sheets with foil.
Beat cream cheese, chopped banana, and egg whites until smooth and thick. Combine egg whites, 1/2 cup sugar, and 2 tablespoons white sugar with cream cheese. Beat at medium speed, alternately with 2 teaspoons of cocoa. Gradually beat in the vanilla, continuing to beat until stiff peaks hold, 1 to 2 minutes. Press dough into prepared pans. Using a 2 fluid ounce can of soda, pour 1 fluid oz into each one.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool completely before using dip to decorate the bars!
Before serving, top with 1/3 cup white sugar, one teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1 cup confectioners' sugar.
