Seared Scallops with Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients

2 (4 pound) fillets primordia

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon thyme

1 teaspoon chopped fresh basil

2 cloves garlic, peeled

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1 green onion, peeled, chopped

3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

3 1/2 cups water

salt and pepper to taste

3 tablespoons butter

3 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Replace meat with olive oil, and season with thyme, basil and freshly grated garlic; it should be desired consistency.

In a 2 quart saucepan, stir salt, pepper, flour and water in large pan, combining. Bring to a boil. Slowly cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened, about 8 minutes. Stir in lemon juice.

Simmer for a little over 40 minutes.
