1 pound raw vegan meat for sandwiches
1 cup fermented cocktail sauce
1 cup tomato sauce
1 large onion, diced
2 cups cornmeal
1/2 cup water
In a small saucepan over medium heat combine the meat, cornmeal, water and fresh tomato sauce. Stir, cover and simmer until well used, stopping occasionally to stir in the garlic oil and tomato sauce. Simmer for about 20 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
