1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate and peanut butter pie crust
2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 onion, peeled, coarse
1 cup raisins
1 cup raisins
1 (8 ounce) package organic dry yeast
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Grease and flour two 9-inch pie pans. Stir together 1 cup buttermilk and brown sugar; set aside.
In large bowl, combine eggs, buttermilk and 1 cup brown sugar; stir just until combined. Mix in oil, yeast and remaining 1 cup buttermilk. Stir until ingredients are well blended. Pour mixture into pie crusts.
Bake 18 to 20 minutes in preheated oven, or until set and lightly browned.
