1 (1.3 fluid ounce) shot espresso
1 cup vodka
1 (1.3 fluid ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 cup instant vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup prepared plain yogurt
2 fluid ounces lemon-lime flavored non-dairy creamer
Pour espresso into 2 large glasses and add vodka. Stir. Gently pour yogurt over the ice to cover. Top glass with plain yogurt. Chill 5 to 7 hours before serving.
