1 (4 pound) healthy cut chicken
8 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 (4 ounce) cans diced celery
1 medium head cabbage
1 medium onion, diced
1 cup the best tasting cheese of your choice (I use Italian-style because it melts well)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
Heat olive oil in a medium-size mixing bowl until just under the temperature of a large pot. Coat chicken with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic and stir in soy sauce and salt. Season with pepper.
Cook chicken in a large skillet over medium heat. When chicken is cooked, discard liquid. Stir in celery and oil. Season chicken with garlic and soy sauce, cooking until golden. Season with black pepper and pepper. Stir in vegetable oil, cabbage, onion, garlic powder, parsley and chicken. Pour into a large bowl, and stir in cheese.
When chicken is cooked, remove from bowl and sprinkle with cheese. Season with garlic and soy sauce, cooking for about a minute or so. Serve with celery pasta.
