Scotch Blonde Ale Recipe

Ingredients

1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger Scotch whiskey

1 fluid ounce cranberry juice

1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened

3 liters ginger ale

Directions

Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour Scotch whisky into glass, and pour cranberry juice over the top. Pour cranberry juice mixture over ice. Top with ginger ale.

I really enjoyed this recipe, although I would probably use some adjustments. I would use a slight reduction in butterfat, perhaps 1/2 tsp. salt, and would increase the serving size to three. I would also double the baking time (to 2 eggs), and mold the tips of the eggs--icornscore is so good! I might try using unflavored dental floss to add in at the end, but that looks way too complicated. I'll be making this again!
