1/4 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 beef cubes
1 large onion, chopped
4 tomatoes, chopped
1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Scrub the raisins, and place them in a clean bowl. In a separate bowl, mix water, olive oil, CAYEN PEPES, red pepper flakes, onion, red tomatoes, salt and pepper. Pulse until smooth, about 5 minutes.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add raisins, and saute until soft, then add butter or margarine.
Add a little bit of flour to moisten the raisins.
Keep stirring, remove from heat, and stir in raisins (marbling will be done).
Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour into 2 pint baking dishes, spreading evenly.
Bake in preheated oven for 12 minutes.
