Peach Pecan Pickle Soup II Recipe

Ingredients

2 large peaches, pitted and sliced

3/4 cup pecans, chopped

8 tablespoons butter, melted

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup butter flavored extract

1/4 teaspoon dried cherries

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried tarragon (optional)

Directions

Place peaches in a large saucepan, cover, and bring to a boil over medium-low heat. Boil until soft, about 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat and immediately place pecans in saucepan. Add the melted butter and salt and stir to distribute the mixture evenly throughout. Transfer peaches to a large bowl and stir in pecans and cherries, basil, tarragon, and fruit preserves.

Just Made this There.....I love Philadelphia....I used 1 1/2 chicken breast, added my choice of seasoning and omitted the peppers. Just wanted to give it a spin....
