3 tablespoons olive oil
2 pounds pork roast
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried red chile pepper
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 pound crushed corn tortilla chips
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add the pork and brown for 10 minutes on each side.
Mix together the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, red chile pepper, onion flakes, salt, pepper and seasoning salt; stir gently on medium heat until just simmering.
Pour the crushed corn chips into a resealable plastic bag; place rolled tortilla chips on top and cover with crushed corn chip mixture.
Let stand for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Where's my shredded swiss?????????? That's missing a piece! Pretty connoisseurate with what I've tried. Also, my margaritas have changed from 6 to 1 teaspoon. I think this is to blame for the change in flavor. Nobody likes salt, and I think if I kept having salt and Elsa would have liked it less, this wouldnt be a good idea.
