6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/4 cup butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 (1 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons lemon juice
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Season chicken with butter, flour and milk. Season with lemon juice. Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake at 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) for 1 hour, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
