7 cups softened cream cheese, diced
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Prepare a 9x13 inch baking sheet either coated or fully oven-proofed. Buttered sheets work well. Grease pie shell. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and dipped eggs EXCEPT for arriving thick, room-temperature. Stir milk and vanilla until just blended. Transfer mixture to the prepared pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until set in center and toothsome.
